Notifier Fire Alarm Panels – Onyx Series

The Onyx Series of Notifier intelligent fire alarm panels offer solutions to virtually any small to mid-sized application with adaptable fire alarm control panels.  All are compliant to UL864 9th Edition.  UL864 was first published in 1948 and is the Standard for Control Units and Accessories for Fire Alarm Systems recognized world-wide, with the exception of the European Union (EU).  The 9th Edition of UL864 was released in 2008, and encompasses significant revisions to requirements for fire alarm system equipment.

Intelligent fire alarm panels are used in addressable fire alarm systems, which are designed to give the precise location of the fire, even down to the floor level and room where the fire started.  

NFS-320 is specifically designed for smaller applications, providing fast response times with simple maintenance and user friendly ease in operation.

NFS-320C is adaptable to be configured with few devices in small buildings, or networked with many devices providing protection in settings such as a high-rise office block or large campuses.  Peripheral equipment may be added allowing up to 48 zones in one cabinet.

The Onyx Digital Voice Command (DVC) is the Emergency Voice Communication System fire alarm panel in the Onyx line, providing audio evacuation with a multi-channel paging system.  The DVC is designed to integrate with either the NFS2-640, or NFS2-3030, and also adheres to UL864 9th Edition.
